Corned Beef and Pastrami Kit
Corned Beef: This kit and fresh beef brisket from the supermarket are all you need. We tried many recipes and methods of making corned beef and found that the traditional brine method produces the best corned beef and pastrami. Included in kit is Morton Tender Cure, coarse black pepper, coriander, garlic granules, sweet paprika, pickling spice, yellow mustard seeds, oak smoker chips, a tenderizing tool and recipes with instructions.
