I received the 2 Jacob Bromwell flour sifters that I ordered from you.  I plan to give one of these as a gift to our Granddaughter at her bridal shower as she plans to be married on New Year’s Eve.  I have been married for 54 years and have had a Bromwell flour sifter for over 50 years and have used it for all of my baking in measuring my four, etc.  We have 3 daughters and 6 grandchildren so I have done a lot of baking through the years.  The only flour sifter that works well for years is the Bromwell 4 wire sifter.  I have seen that our daughters received the Bromwell 4 wire sifter as it will work well for years.  My mother-in-law told me that a 4 wire sifter works the best.
