| In the event that we receive a chargeback on an order due to fraudulent action on the part of a consumer, Into The Wilderness will notify local authorities and file theft charges against any persons found to be guilty of credit card fraud, identity theft or chargeback fraud. We take credit card fraud very seriously and will take whatever measures at our disposal to see that perpetrators of these crimes are prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. |

However, we use several different warehouses to ship products, so you may receive more than one shipment from us for one order. You will be charged for each parcel that must be mailed out to fulfill your order and this multiple shipping charge will be assessed at checkout. |

| We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the next business day if ordered by 5:00PM, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order.
Our inventory is updated once every 24 hours. Items may go out of stock during the same business day as your order. Also, if you place an item in your shopping cart and do not complete the purchase within 24 hours, you may run the risk of the item going out of stock as well.
We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |

| We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.
When paying through our site, your financial information is collected by our merchant account provider, Paypal or Google. We will not receive your credit card information from them and therefore, do not collect or store your financial information.
When paying by phone, we collect your credit card information over the telephone and transmit that information to our merchant account for processing. This is done online. We do not store any credit card information on our computers or storage devices at Into The Wilderness and all paper records of your credit card information are destroyed within 24 hours of receiving such information.
Our secure servers and GeoTrust security software protect your personal information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.
To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to our product line. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.
When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to our product line. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: We have a 15-day
exchange or store credit guarantee on all non-defective, non-handmade or
non-custom orders, minus original and return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Custom/handmade sales are final unless damaged. We do not offer full refunds on items unless it is damaged, defective or you received the wrong item from us. Damaged items can be exchanged and/or refunded within 30 days,
with proper Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA)#. Order cancellations must occur before your items are marked as "in processing". Once an item has been pulled from the shelves, it will ship out and will be subject to a 15% restock fee.
If it is necessary to
return merchandise for a refund or exchange, all merchandise must meet the following
conditions (please call us first to receive your RMA and address to send your package): - Return in original packaging in new unopened condition
- Return to warehouse within 15 to 30 days from date
of purchase, see conditions above.
- Copy of receipt enclosed with merchandise
- Enclose a brief letter of explanation
- Send your return package with a tracking number and insurance
No COD's accepted. All returns for refund paid by credit card will receive a
credit to the credit card.All payments made through Paypal will be refunded to your Paypal account.
When a customer refuses a package or UPS returns the
package, UPS is charging an Undeliverable Package Return Charge. This amount
will be billed to you if applicable.
All products must be in new, unopened condition if it is
being returned for a credit/exchange:
Examples of new, unopened products:

A piece of clothing that still has the tags
attached and/or has not been worn

A tree stand that has not been assembled
Examples of products that we will refuse:

A boot with mud on it (has been worn outside)
- ·
A riflescope that has been mounted to a firearm
- · Any shrink wrapped or bubble-packed item that has been opened
Refused items will be shipped directly back to you, and will
not be credited. You will also absorb any and all return freight costs. |

Most orders ship out in 1 to 2 business days from the time of order placement on the website. However, in some cases, such as our hand crank generators, processing time may be up to two weeks. The larger hand crank generators may take up to six weeks to custom build. This will be noted on the product page if this is the case.
Please note that some of our heavy items ship through UPS Freight or by LTL Truck Services and if they weigh more than 30 pounds, will have additional shipping charges assessed AFTER checkout. Expect very large and/or heavy items, to ship for upwards of $100. Also, if any item is very fragile, there may be an extra packing/handling charge assessed after checkout to ensure that your item is packed properly, insured, and that it ships alone to avoid transit damage.
We will call you with a ship quote before shipping these items to you to get your approval on all extra shipping charges and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order if the shipping cost is not agreeable to you. If you prefer, you may call ahead and we can tell you EXACTLY what the shipping is before you commit your purchase if it will help you make the decision.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by use or other parties only as an estimate. We cannot change the shipping method or the shipping address once your order has been processed! We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability or carrier delays. For overnight delivery, please take into account the processing time AND the shipping time to get your order to you! Expedited shipping times will NOT include weekends or holidays. Please allow extra time during the December holiday period since this is the heaviest time of the year for carriers and we have noted more delays at this time.
Carrier choice: We offer UPS and USPS Priority Mail services. In some cases, if our distributor uses a different carrier (such as Fedex), we will have your items shipped with another carrier with a comparable service. For instance, you may choose UPS Ground, but your item may ship Fedex Ground if UPS is not a carrier option with our distributor. If your shipping address is a PO Box, only USPS can be used to ship your package. If you order an automatic knife, only UPS Ground can be used due to federal regulations. Other shipping restrictions also may apply to HAZMAT items. Please call us if you are ordering a restricted item or if you have a shipping concern.
Insurance: Into The Wilderness gives customers the option of paying for shipping insurance. If you elect not to buy insurance, we will not be responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. Please note that UPS (in our experience) has a much better track record of getting shipments to you on time and that the USPS is not as dependable. We have had lost packages and late (more than a week) packages when shipping with USPS.
Additionally, we ship to whatever address you give us on your order. If you give us a bad address, the wrong zipcode, or fail to give instructions for gated communities, and your order is returned to us, we ask that you be responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with "refused" shipments, "return to sender" shipments, or re-deliveries associated with incorrect addresses.
We ship from multiple warehouses that are located in different areas of the United States. When you order multiple items from multiple warehouses, you will be charged shipping rates on each package from each warehouse. If you notice that your shipping charges are very high, it is most probably this reason. Check the first several letters of the product ID code to see which warehouse your items are coming from (i.e. GS is one warehouse, JB is another, CW is another). To reduce shipping costs, order all your items from the same warehouse.
Free Shipping offers are for standard ground shipping inside the continental (lower 48) United States only. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping.
Special note to Paypal customers: If we receive an order that is paid by a credit or debit card that is "flagged" by Paypal as potential fraud, and your shipping address is different than your billing address, your order will, by default, be mailed to your BILLING address. This keeps fraud to a minimum on our store and protects our customers, and us, from the small percentage of orders that pass basic fraud checks but are not legitimate orders. We appreciate your support in helping us make your shopping experience safer!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Into
The Wilderness has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International
Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the
items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International
Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout
for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank
transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing,
shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries
should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Into
The Wilderness. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to
all destinations around the world including APO
/ FPO addresses.

| Into The Wilderness shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Florida, our principle place of business. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Into The Wilderness shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
In some cases, products are shown in the photos with a "companion" item to show scale or fit (such as an iPad case shown with an iPad to show fit). This DOES NOT mean that you are entitled to all of the products shown in the photo! Please refer to the product manufacturer's model number, title and description so that you are aware of what you are ordering and do not rely on the photo alone to describe an item. If you are not sure what is included in your purchase, please call us BEFORE you make your order.
If however, the image for a particular item is incorrect and you receive an item that is substantially different from the photo AND description, and it is obviously an error on our part, we will be more than happy to exchange the product you received for the correct product at no cost to you. Whether or not an item was shipped in error will be determined by Into The Wilderness. |
